So I had tuesday off training due to the stomach bug yesterday. It was a bit of a depressing day sleeping in and hearing everyone training and shouting after each knee & kick etc.
However Kit & Mamoo again, much to everyones delight, took us all out to dinner. This time it was a really nice seafood restaraunt around 20 mins away from Kannayao. Unfortunately I had to be pretty selective in what I was eating. From what I could eat (anything solid & not spicy)I enjoyed thoroughly.
The restaraunt was perched ontop of a lake which was pretty pleasant all things considered for being so close to Bangkok. Not something you would really expect.
Today I was feeling much better but I was very tired after being sick and spending all day in bed.

Pretty good workout considering I've come back from sickness. Good news as I can start getting serious. However when one issue is resolved another appears. My blister on my foot had stopped swelling so I could run on it. The skin is now peeling and I have another new blister is starting. Looks like I need to tape everything up again.
In the meantime I'll keep my head up and keep training.
